Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow in the glass, this Gavi Riserva is aromatic and precise rather than overly expressive. Expect notes of citrus, Golden Delicious apple, yellow melon, and stone fruit, followed by a subtle floral lift and a distinct mineral edge. On the palate it is juicy and well-balanced, with moderate but lively acidity that gives the wine shape and tension. A savory, almost salty mineral character adds depth and length, making it more layered and persistent than many wines from the appellation. It should drink beautifully now and has enough structure to evolve gracefully over the next few years.

Produced in Piemonte’s Gavi area, the wine comes from organically farmed vineyards at La Raia, where biodiversity and Demeter principles shape the estate’s approach.
