Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep, concentrated garnet colour with remarkable intensity. The nose is finely detailed, unfolding with blackcurrant, plum, graphite, cedar, tobacco leaf, and subtle earthy notes, all framed by beautifully integrated oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet poised, with rich dark fruit, firm but polished tannins, and a long mineral-driven finish. The 2015 vintage has excellent structure and balance, suggesting strong aging potential over many years, with additional complexity developing in bottle.

Production
Made from grapes grown in the gravelly terroirs of Graves, where well-drained soils help the vines produce fruit with concentration and freshness, the wine is assembled from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. Harvesting is typically carried out with great attention to ripeness and parcel selection, and vinification is geared toward preserving purity, structure, and finesse.

This is a classic match for grilled ribeye, roast lamb, duck breast, venison, or slow-braised beef dishes. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the wine to open fully.
