On the palate, it is usually medium- to full-bodied, with supple tannins, juicy dark fruit, and a savory, spicy finish that gives the wine both power and elegance. Production
Bramasole comes from the Cortona area in Tuscany, a zone particularly well suited to Syrah thanks to its warm climate, good diurnal range, and clay- and limestone-rich soils. Grapes are typically harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and vinified with careful temperature control to preserve freshness and aromatics, followed by maturation in oak to add texture and complexity.

This Syrah pairs beautifully with grilled lamb, roasted duck, aged pecorino, game birds, and richly seasoned Mediterranean dishes. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 30–60 minutes if opening young to let the wine fully раскры its aromatic depth and structure.
