Description

Made from 100% Pinot Blanc, this organic Blanc de Blancs combines the cool-climate character of Rheinhessen with a dry, precise style. Bottled as Brut Nature and presented in magnum, it is a distinctive choice for celebrations or a generous aperitif.

Tasting Notes
The nose brings together roasted hazelnut, freshly baked tarte Tatin and a hint of salted caramel. On the palate, the wine is juicy and finely structured, with fresh herbal notes, lively tension and a clean, precise finish. Specific guidance on aging potential is not available.

Production
The Pinot Blanc comes from around 27-year-old vines on the upper slopes of Uelversheimer Tafelstein, an exposed, cool site well suited to sparkling wine. The production notes describe fermentation and maturation split between oak barrels (60%) and stainless steel (40%), followed by more than 30 months on the lees. The wine is bottled unfiltered as Brut Nature; harvesting details are not provided.
