Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, luminous straw-yellow colour with refined golden reflections. The bouquet is layered and inviting, combining citrus, white flowers, ripe stone fruit, herbs and a subtle mineral edge, with hints of tropical fruit and delicate spice as it opens. On the palate, it is supple yet vibrant, with a generous mid-palate balanced by crisp acidity and a long, polished finish. The blend gives it both aromatic lift and structure, while the wine’s concentration suggests excellent ageing potential, allowing it to develop even greater complexity over time.

Production
Vintage Tunina comes from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, where the cool Alpine influence and Adriatic proximity help preserve freshness and aromatic precision. The grapes are harvested carefully to retain balance and purity, and vinification is carried out with a focus on expressing each variety’s individual character before bringing them together in a harmonious final blend.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent partner for refined dishes such as seafood risotto, grilled scallops, lobster, white fish, and poultry with light cream sauces, as well as aged cheeses or truffle-based dishes. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is not usually necessary, though a little air can help reveal its full aromatic range if opened young.
