Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a clear ruby-red color, leading into an expressive nose of red cherry, raspberry, and wild berries. With air, more savory layers emerge: forest floor, spice, licorice, and a gentle touch of oak, giving the bouquet both freshness and complexity. The palate is elegant yet well-built, with fine tannins, vibrant acidity, and a mineral backbone that keeps the wine poised from start to finish.
