Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright ruby-red color with youthful clarity and finesse. The nose is typically expressive and layered, with red cherry, wild strawberry, rose petal, subtle spice, and a gentle earthy undertone that reflects its mountain origin. On the palate, it is poised and silky, with fine tannins, fresh acidity, and a precise, mineral-driven finish. The wine has the concentration and structure to develop beautifully over time, gaining complexity with a few years of bottle aging.

Production
The Mazon vineyard sits in one of the most respected terroirs for Pinot Nero in Trentino-Alto Adige, where altitude, warm days, and cool nights create ideal conditions for slow, balanced ripening.
