Made in the heart of Chianti Classico, it reflects the region’s long winemaking heritage while offering a refined, modern drinking experience.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a clear ruby-red color. The nose is vibrant and layered, with aromas of cherry, raspberry, and wild berries, complemented by violet, forest floor, truffle, and subtle oak notes. The palate is rounded and elegant, with lively acidity, soft tannins, and a well-balanced structure that carries through to a long, fruity finish with a gentle mineral tension. This is a wine with excellent aging potential, capable of developing gracefully over the next 10 to 15 years.

Production
This wine comes from vineyards in Barberino Val d’Elsa, in the heart of Chianti Classico, where the terroir helps preserve freshness while building depth and structure. The grapes are carefully selected from Isole e Olena’s estate vineyards, and the blend is vinified to highlight both regional character and varietal harmony, with Sangiovese at the core and supporting components adding texture and complexity.

Food & Serving
A great match for pasta with rich sauces, grilled meats, game, charcuterie, and mature cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C, and decant for about an hour before drinking to allow the aromas and structure to fully open.
