It also carries a strong historical legacy, paying tribute to the legendary Inglenook tradition that began in 1879.

Tasting Notes
The wine shows a deep purple core and an inviting bouquet of blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, subtle leafy herbs, and a touch of forest floor. On the palate it is full-bodied and concentrated, with ripe black fruit at the center, fine mature tannins, and a long, layered finish that feels both powerful and polished. This is a Cabernet built for cellaring, with the structure and balance to evolve beautifully over time. While it is already charming and expressive now, it has the depth to age gracefully for many years, gaining further complexity and nuance with bottle development.

Production
The grapes come from Inglenook’s own organically farmed vineyards in Rutherford, one of the most respected terroir zones in Napa Valley, known for producing Cabernet Sauvignon with richness, structure, and elegance. The fruit is carefully hand-selected and vinified with restraint to preserve freshness and finesse, then matured for 18 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels.

Food & Serving
This Cabernet Sauvignon pairs especially well with grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef tenderloin, braised short ribs, and hard aged cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 1–2 hours if opening young, to allow the wine’s aromatics and texture to open fully.
