Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows the clear, bright ruby tone typical of Chianti, with a fresh and inviting appearance. The nose is immediately expressive, led by cherry aromas that are lifted by a clean, vibrant freshness. On the palate, it is intense and enveloping, with juicy red fruit, fine structure, and a balanced, approachable style that keeps the wine lively and polished. Thanks to its stainless-steel élevage and short bottle rest, the wine should be enjoyed for its youthful fruit and energy rather than long-term cellaring. Production
Made in Tuscany from 95% Sangiovese, with Canaiolo Nero and Colorino adding depth and regional authenticity, this Chianti is vinified in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit purity. The grapes undergo a brief cold maceration at 10°C, followed by fermentation and maceration at 28–30°C, with frequent pump-overs and punch-downs to extract color, aroma, and gentle tannin. The wine is then aged for six months in stainless steel and three months in bottle, reinforcing its clean, vibrant style.

This Chianti is a natural match for Italian classics such as pasta with tomato sauce, pizza, grilled sausages, roasted chicken, and Tuscan-style stews. It also works beautifully with aged cheeses and charcuterie. Serve slightly cool, ideally around 16–18°C, and decanting is not necessary, though a short aeration can help open the aromas if served young.
