Production

The vinification is carried out with the aim of preserving as much of Sangiovese’s natural perfume and character as possible, followed by several months in oak to add refinement while avoiding excessive wood influence.

This Brunello pairs wonderfully with roasted meats, game, braised beef, mushroom risotto, and aged hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 1–2 hours if drinking young, to allow the aromas to open fully and the structure to soften.
