Description

Il Marroneto’s 2020 Brunello di Montalcino pairs notable depth with an elegant, floral character and a notably silky texture. Made in Montalcino, this is a refined expression of one of Tuscany’s best-known appellations.

Tasting Notes
The wine shows a vivid ruby-red colour. Its aromas lean more floral than fruit-driven, while the palate is soft and polished, with a smooth, silk-like texture and a lingering sense of elegance. Production
During fermentation, high temperatures of 36–38°C helped preserve the wine’s ruby hue and aromatic, floral character. At the end of fermentation, the skins were gently moistened with a hose. Further details about the vineyard, harvest and maturation are not provided.
