I Magredi Friuli Moscato Rosa is an aromatic sparkling wine from northeastern Italy, made from the naturally fragrant Moscato Rosa grape. Its combination of floral perfume, red-fruit character and lively bubbles makes it a charming choice for aperitifs and lighter desserts.

Tasting Notes
The wine is typically bright and youthful in appearance, with a delicate rosé hue and an energetic mousse. On the nose, Moscato Rosa is known for expressive aromas of rose petals, violets and ripe red berries, often complemented by hints of spice. On the palate, expect an aromatic, refreshing style with notes of raspberry, strawberry and floral sweetness balanced by lively acidity. It is best enjoyed young, while its fragrance and sparkling freshness are at their most vibrant.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 6–8°C. Its floral, berry-driven profile pairs beautifully with fresh fruit, berry desserts, panna cotta, fruit tarts and mildly sweet pastries. It also works well as an aperitif. Decanting is not recommended, as it would dissipate the wine’s delicate bubbles and aromatic lift.
