Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a dark, насыщенный color that immediately signals concentration and power. The nose is intensely layered with dark and red berries, crème de cassis, cocoa powder, white flowers, cedar, espresso, and pipe tobacco, creating a fragrant profile that is both opulent and refined. The palate is sumptuous and deeply structured, with velvety texture, bold intensity, and beautifully defined dark and red fruit at the core. It finishes with impressive length and persistence, and while already expressive, it has the kind of balance and concentration that suggests outstanding development over the next 2-3 years and beyond.

Production
Kayli Morgan Vineyard sits at the base of Mount Howell in St. Helena, Napa Valley, a prized location that offers ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvesting and sorting are carried out by hand, ensuring only the best fruit makes it into the wine, while vinification is followed by aging in specially crafted new French oak barrels of exceptional quality, made from the middle section of the wood after being air-dried for three years; the wine matures for up to 30 months in barrel.

This Cabernet pairs beautifully with richly flavored dishes such as grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, roast lamb, venison, and truffle-infused dishes. Serve at around 16-18°C and consider decanting for at least 1-2 hours to allow the wine to open fully and show its full aromatic and textural complexity.
