The wine comes from a small 0.5-hectare parcel of purchased fruit in Morey-Saint-Denis, where Laurent Lignier oversees vineyard work and determines the harvest date. The domaine’s approach is traditional and focused on fruit quality, with no use of pesticides or herbicides in the vineyards, helping preserve a healthy and expressive terroir signature. Vinification follows a classic Burgundian philosophy designed to emphasize purity, depth, and structure.

This Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with roasted duck, quail, mushroom risotto, game birds, or earthy dishes such as truffle pasta and pork tenderloin.
