Production
Hosanna is sourced from Pomerol’s prized clay and gravel soils, which help Merlot achieve depth and texture while giving Cabernet Franc aromatic precision and structure. Grapes are typically harvested by hand and vinified with careful parcel selection to preserve the character of the vineyard, followed by élevage in French oak to build complexity and polish without overwhelming the fruit.
