Food & Serving
This gin is excellent in a Gin & Tonic, Martini, Negroni or any cocktail that benefits from a stronger botanical backbone. It also pairs well with seafood, smoked fish, shellfish, cured meats and fresh herb-driven dishes. Serve well chilled, ideally around 6–8°C in cocktails, and a brief rest in the glass can help open up the aromas; decanting is not necessary.
