Tasting Notes
Bright and luminous in the glass, this Blanc de Blancs opens with layers of flamed pineapple, fresh citrus, and wet chalk, lifted by subtle pastry-like aromas. On the palate, it is silky and beautifully textured, with a vivid freshness that keeps the wine poised, energetic, and impressively long. While already highly expressive, it also has the structure and depth to age gracefully for several years.

Production
Made entirely from Chardonnay sourced from Henriot’s estate vineyards, this Champagne is a multi-vintage blend designed to capture nuance, balance, and complexity. The selection of parcels brings together different vineyard expressions, while extended cellar aging of at least three years before release adds depth, finesse, and a finely integrated mousse.

Ideal with oysters, scallops, sushi, white fish, or delicate poultry dishes, this Champagne also pairs beautifully with creamy cheeses and refined seafood starters. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary; instead, open shortly before serving to preserve its freshness and precision.
