Production
Henriot Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from Chardonnay sourced from Henriot’s own vineyards, with fruit drawn from a range of parcels to build complexity and balance. The house’s blending approach brings together different vineyard expressions and vine ages, creating a wine that captures both consistency and depth. It is aged for at least three years in the cellar before release, allowing the style to develop its signature harmony and finesse.

Food & Serving
This Champagne pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, sashimi, white fish, or delicate dishes such as poultry with cream sauces. It also works well with refined appetizers and aged hard cheeses. Serve chilled at around 8-10°C, and no decanting is needed.

The Blanc de Blancs, first made in 1880, was inspired by the family’s connection to Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs through the marriage of Paul Henriot and Marie Marguet. Today, Henriot is recognized for its elegant, Chardonnay-driven Champagnes and for maintaining a strong identity built on precision, purity, and finesse.
