Hendrick’s Gin is a distinctive Scottish gin known for its unconventional infusion of cucumber and rose alongside a carefully selected blend of botanicals. Its fresh, floral character and exceptionally smooth profile make it an elegant choice for sipping or mixing in refined gin cocktails.

Aroma & Palate
The nose is fresh and aromatic, with juniper balanced by delicate rose petals, bright citrus and a cool, cucumber-like freshness. On the palate, it is smooth and clean, combining classic piney juniper with soft floral notes, citrus zest and subtle spice. The finish is refreshing and gently dry, with cucumber and rose lingering pleasantly.

Distillation & Maturation
Hendrick’s is made using a blend of spirits from two traditional stills, including the distinctive Carter-Head still, which helps create its refined botanical character. The gin is infused with 11 botanicals, including juniper, coriander, citrus peels, angelica, cucumber and rose petals. It is bottled without vintage designation, making it a non-vintage gin intended for consistent character from batch to batch.

Serving Suggestions
Serve Hendrick’s with premium tonic water, plenty of ice and a few slices of cucumber for its signature long drink. It also works beautifully in a classic gin and tonic, a Martini or a refreshing Collins-style cocktail. For the clearest expression of its smooth texture and floral freshness, serve it well chilled or over ice.

Distillery
Hendrick’s Gin is produced in Scotland by William Grant & Sons, the independent family-owned company behind a number of renowned spirits brands. The gin was introduced in 1999 and is produced at the Girvan distillery, where its distinctive combination of traditional distillation, cucumber and rose helped establish a new style of modern premium gin.
