Tasting Notes
Pale golden in the glass with a vibrant, polished sheen, this Chardonnay opens with a strikingly aromatic bouquet of mandarin, pink grapefruit, mango, pineapple, oyster shell, and fresh ginger. The palate is powerful yet beautifully balanced, layering citrus and baked pineapple with a hint of smoke and vanilla from the oak, all carried by impressive tension and clarity. Its concentrated structure suggests excellent aging potential, with the fruit and mineral-driven profile likely to evolve gracefully over the next several years while retaining its freshness and complexity.
