Tasting Notes
Pale with a greenish tint, it opens with aromas of citrus and peach, followed by a hint of exotic fruit. The palate is dry and crisp, with lively acidity balancing ripe fruit; the finish is clean and lightly mineral.

Production
The grapes are selectively harvested from vineyards around Westhofen, where limestone-rich soils contribute freshness and mineral character. Fermentation and élevage take place entirely in stainless steel, with minimal intervention to preserve the Riesling’s clear fruit expression. Its bright, fresh profile is best enjoyed young, while the fruit and acidity are at their most vibrant.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C. Its crisp acidity suits seafood, fresh salads, grilled chicken and lightly spiced dishes. Decanting is not necessary; simply open shortly before serving.
