Production
From the gravelly terroirs of Pauillac in Bordeaux’s Left Bank, Griffons de Pichon Baron benefits from well-drained soils that encourage depth, finesse, and concentration in the fruit. The 2023 vintage was produced under the guidance of the château’s winemaking team, with careful parcel selection and a vinification approach designed to preserve purity, balance, and the signature Pauillac structure.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with roast lamb, grilled beef, duck breast, and hard cheeses, as well as mushroom-based dishes that complement its savory Bordeaux profile. Serve at 16–18°C, and decanting for about 30–60 minutes is recommended if drinking young to allow the wine to open up and soften.
