In the glass, this brandy shows an intense, full-bodied character with a warm, polished appearance. On the palate, it is rounded and well balanced, with a supple sweetness supported by freshness and gentle oak influence from its five years in barrel. Production
Agnesi Brandy is made from grapes and cut with spring water from Coppola’s spring in Napa Valley, adding a clean, natural softness to the final spirit. Five years of maturation in wooden casks shape its texture and bring out the caramelized, honeyed depth while preserving a fresh citrus brightness in the style.

Food & Serving
Serve this brandy slightly cool or at room temperature, ideally around 16–18°C, in a tulip glass to best appreciate its aromatics. It works beautifully as an after-dinner spirit, especially alongside crème brûlée, almond cake, dark chocolate, or a fine cigar, and it does not require decanting.
