Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for roast lamb, beef tenderloin, entrecôte, duck breast, game dishes and hard cheeses such as aged Comté or cheddar. Serve at around 16–18°C. Decanting for 1–2 hours is recommended if opening young, both to soften the tannins and to allow the aromatics to fully open.
