Graci Etna Rosato is a vivid expression of Nerello Mascalese from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. Elegant, fresh, and distinctly mineral, it captures the cool precision and volcanic energy that have made Etna one of Italy’s most exciting wine regions.

Tasting Notes
Pale onion-skin to salmon in colour, this rosé is delicate yet expressive in the glass. The nose typically shows bright red berries, citrus peel, wild herbs, and a subtle smoky, stony character that reflects Etna’s volcanic soils. On the palate it is crisp and dry, with lively acidity, fine saline minerality, and flavours of wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, and pomegranate. The finish is clean and refreshing, with enough texture to give it presence at the table. While enjoyable young for its purity and lift, it is best appreciated within a few years of release.

Production
Made from Nerello Mascalese grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, where altitude, mineral-rich soils, and a strong diurnal range help preserve freshness and aromatic clarity. Harvesting is typically carried out by hand to ensure only healthy fruit is selected, and vinification is usually gentle and minimal, with limited skin contact to preserve the wine’s delicate colour and fine fruit expression.

Food & Serving
This rosato is a natural match for seafood, grilled prawns, tuna carpaccio, light pasta dishes, fresh salads, and Mediterranean antipasti. It also works beautifully as an aperitif. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
