Girlan Pinot Grigio 2025

Girlan Pinot Grigio is a fresh, expressive Alto Adige white that reflects the precision and character of one of South Tyrol’s historic estates. Made from 100% Pinot Grigio and shaped by mineral-rich soils formed from glacial sediments, it combines purity, elegance, and regional identity in a style that’s both versatile and food-friendly.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow in the glass, this Pinot Grigio shows a clean and inviting profile. The nose is fresh and fruit-driven, with notes of orchard fruit and a delicate mineral edge. On the palate, it is crisp, lively, and well balanced, with bright fruit, refreshing acidity, and a smooth texture from lees aging. It finishes clean and elegant, with enough structure to enjoy young while still offering a little extra depth from its time on the fine lees.

Production
The grapes come from Alto Adige vineyards rooted in mineral-rich soils formed by glacial deposits, a terroir that lends the wine its freshness and distinctive mineral character. Fruit is hand-harvested and transported in small containers to preserve quality, then gently pressed and allowed to settle naturally before fermentation. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation on the lees in stainless steel to enhance texture and complexity.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent aperitif wine and a natural match for light dishes such as salads, seafood, grilled vegetables, sushi, and simple pasta preparations. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary.
