Sourced from vineyards in Alto Adige, where cooler mountain influences, well-exposed slopes, and mineral-rich soils help preserve freshness and aromatic finesse, this Pinot Noir is crafted to highlight purity and site expression. The grapes are carefully harvested, and vinification is carried out with attention to gentle extraction and controlled fermentation, followed by maturation that adds structure and complexity without overpowering the varietal character.
