Tasting Notes
Without a producer tasting note, expect a profile in keeping with Gevrey-Chambertin Pinot Noir: red cherry and raspberry aromas, perhaps with floral or earthy nuances, followed by fresh fruit, fine acidity and supple tannins. Its precise character will depend on the vintage and the winemaking.

Food & Serving
Serve at around 16–18°C with roast chicken, duck, pork tenderloin or mushroom dishes. A brief decant may help the wine open, though tasting first is a good way to judge whether it needs more air.
