This wine is an excellent match for traditional Emilian dishes such as tagliatelle al ragù, lasagne, roasted meats, and cured specialties like salumi and aged cheeses. Serve it at around 16–18°C to bring out its fruit and balance, and decanting is optional but can help open the wine if you want a softer, more expressive profile in the glass.
