Tasting Notes
In the glass, Sperss typically shows a bright garnet hue with the translucent intensity characteristic of great Nebbiolo. Production

This wine is an excellent match for rich, savory dishes such as braised beef, veal shank, game, truffle pasta, and aged cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for at least 1–2 hours before drinking to allow the aromas and structure to open fully.
