French Bloom Extra Brut is crafted from Chardonnay sourced in Limoux, in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France, where the cooler climate and chalk-rich soils help preserve tension and finesse. The wine is first made with the same care as a traditional sparkling cuvée, then gently dealcoholized using a notably careful process designed to retain aromatic depth and structure.

Food & Serving
This sparkling wine is an excellent match for refined starters, seafood, oysters, sashimi, light salads, goat cheese, and delicate vegetable dishes. Serve well chilled, ideally around 6-8°C, and there is no need to decant.
