Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows the graceful clarity typical of Pinot Noir, with a bright, transparent ruby hue. The nose is immediately inviting, opening with morello cherry and raspberry, followed by marzipan, plum jam, clove, and cinnamon, before finishing with subtle woodland and underbrush notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with fine, elegant tannins that give it both structure and a smooth, rounded feel. Its aromatic, savory style makes it highly approachable now, while still offering good short- to medium-term aging potential for those who enjoy seeing Pinot Noir develop further complexity.
