Manna typically shows a bright, luminous straw-yellow color with subtle golden reflections. On the nose, it is expressive and layered, with notes that may range from ripe orchard fruit and citrus to alpine herbs, white flowers, and a delicate spicy perfume from the aromatic varieties.
