Food & Serving
A natural match for seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, and Ligurian dishes such as trofie al pesto or vegetable focaccia, this wine also works well with light risottos and Mediterranean salads. Serve chilled at around 10-12°C, and decanting is not necessary.
