The Zibibbo and Malvasia di Lipari grapes are typically harvested at optimal ripeness and used to create a concentrated, aromatic wine with natural sweetness and depth.

Food & Serving
Serve slightly chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to preserve its aromatic lift and balance. It pairs beautifully with almond pastries, fruit tarts, blue cheese, and desserts featuring dried fruits or citrus, and does not require decanting.
