Vineyard work typically emphasizes healthy, balanced vines—often with a strong focus on manual work to limit yields and enhance concentration. Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve freshness and purity of fruit, then sorted to ensure only the best berries make it into the cellar. Fermentation takes place in small vats, with a gentle extraction to safeguard Pinot Noir’s delicate aromatics and silky tannins.
