Crafted from Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvèdre, it combines delicate fruit, structure and a distinctly mineral, Mediterranean feel.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a pale, luminous salmon-pink hue with excellent clarity. The nose is lifted and graceful, offering notes of wild strawberry, white peach, citrus peel and subtle floral nuances, with a faint saline edge that reflects its coastal origin. On the palate, it is dry, precise and beautifully balanced, with crisp acidity, delicate red berry fruit and a clean, refreshing finish. Mourvèdre lends a touch of depth and seriousness, while the overall style remains elegant and finely textured. This is a rosé best enjoyed young for its freshness, though it can hold nicely for a short period after release.

Produced in La Londe, one of Provence’s most prized coastal terroirs, this rosé benefits from a Mediterranean climate moderated by sea breezes and well-drained soils that help preserve freshness and aromatic precision. The grapes are typically harvested at optimal ripeness to retain brightness and purity, then vinified with care in the traditional Provence rosé style, emphasizing gentle extraction and cool fermentation to protect the wine’s delicate aromatics.

Food & Serving
Ideal with grilled prawns, Niçoise salad, Mediterranean vegetables, sushi, light poultry dishes or soft goat’s cheese. Serve chilled at around 8-10°C to highlight its freshness and aromatic lift. Decanting is not necessary.
