Ferrari Trento Perlé Bianco Brut Riserva is a refined Italian sparkling wine that captures the elegance and precision for which Ferrari is famous. Made from 100% Chardonnay and crafted in the classic method, it combines bright freshness, depth, and a remarkably fine mousse, all wrapped in the long-standing legacy of Giulio Ferrari’s Champagne-inspired vision for Italian sparkling wine.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a luminous golden hue with a persistent, delicate perlage. The bouquet is highly complex, opening with candied lemon, quince compote, and floral notes before unfolding into more layered aromas of sea breeze, yeast, and spiced bread. On the palate, freshness and a savory, saline richness come together in striking balance. The texture is supple and beautifully rounded, reflecting extended aging on the lees, while the finish lingers with hints of white pepper and dried apricot. This is a sparkling wine with excellent development potential, especially for those who appreciate more nuanced, mature expressions of Chardonnay-based Metodo Classico.

Production
Produced in Trentino-Alto Adige, this wine benefits from the cool alpine climate and the well-drained mountain terroirs that give Ferrari’s sparkling wines their signature tension and purity. The Chardonnay grapes are carefully harvested to preserve acidity and aromatic precision, then vinified according to the classic method with extended lees aging to build complexity, finesse, and depth.

Food & Serving
Ideal with refined appetizers, shellfish, delicate seafood dishes, risotto, and white meats, as well as aged hard cheeses. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, to highlight its freshness and aromatic detail. Decanting is not recommended; instead, open shortly before serving to preserve its fine mousse and elegant lift.
