Tasting Notes

Production
The Chardonnay grapes come from Ferrington and Savoy Vineyards in Anderson Valley, one of California’s cooler wine regions, where the marine-influenced climate helps preserve acidity and aromatic clarity. After harvest, the wine was fermented and then rested for nine months in neutral French oak barrels, allowing texture and complexity to develop without adding dominant oak flavor.

This is a versatile food wine that pairs especially well with roast chicken, creamy pasta, grilled scallops, lobster, and dishes with gentle citrus or herb accents. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is not necessary—just open and enjoy its immediate freshness and charm.
