Production
The Riesling grapes come from selected parcels around Riquewihr, where clay soils contribute depth and aromatic intensity. After settling, fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in vats, with a portion in Burgundian barrels. A single racking before winter encourages natural clarification; after light filtration and bottling, the wine rests in the cellar.
