Etsu Japanese Gin is a floral, citrus-led gin made in Hokkaido, Japan. Its distinctive character comes from a blend of Japanese botanicals, with fragrant yuzu taking centre stage.

Aroma & Palate
The nose is bright and floral, led by the vivid, lingering aroma of yuzu. On the palate, fresh citrus provides the main impression, complemented by the broader botanical character of berries, peppers and teas.

Distillation & Maturation
Made in Hokkaido using a secret Asian-inspired recipe, Etsu brings together a selection of Japanese botanicals, including berries, peppers, teas and fresh citrus from the Japanese islands. Yuzu is the defining ingredient.

Serving Suggestions
Enjoy it neat or over ice to appreciate the yuzu’s aromatic character. It also makes a lively base for a gin and tonic or other citrus-forward gin cocktails.
