Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows the classical garnet hue expected of fine Nebbiolo, with youthful brightness at the rim. The nose is layered and expressive, opening with red cherry, wild raspberry, rose petals, and violets, then moving into notes of licorice, tobacco, spice, and earthy undertones. On the palate, it is focused and powerful, with firm but refined tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, savory finish.
