Tasting Notes
As a curated collection rather than a single cuvée, the wines span the full spectrum of Bordeaux excellence: deep ruby and garnet hues in the red growths, with the luminous gold of Château d’Yquem as the finishing jewel. Aromas range from cassis, black cherry, cedar, tobacco, graphite, and violets in the Left and Right Bank reds to the honeyed apricot, saffron, and candied citrus complexity of the sweet wine. On the palate, expect concentrated yet polished fruit, remarkable structure, finely tuned tannins, and long, precise finishes that reflect the pedigree of each château. Most of the reds have exceptional aging potential and will continue to evolve beautifully over decades, while d’Yquem offers an equally long-lived, majestic sweet-wine experience.

Production
This collection gathers wines from Bordeaux’s most distinguished terroirs, including the gravelly soils of the Left Bank, the limestone and clay of Saint-Émilion, the iconic deep clay of Pomerol, and the botrytised vineyards of Sauternes. The 2019 vintage is known for delivering ripe fruit and strong balance across the region, and these wines were selected from estates renowned for meticulous vineyard work, strict parcel selection, and highly precise harvesting decisions. Vinification varies by château, but each estate relies on careful sorting, parcel-by-parcel fermentation, and élevage in oak to preserve identity while building depth, texture, and longevity. Food & Serving
For the red wines, pair with classic luxury dishes such as beef fillet, lamb, game, truffle risotto, roast duck, or aged hard cheeses; the sweet Château d’Yquem is superb with foie gras, blue cheese, fruit-based desserts, or simply enjoyed on its own. Serve the reds at 16–18°C, and allow them to breathe or decant them several hours in advance if opened young, while d’Yquem is best served lightly chilled at 8–10°C and does not require decanting unless desired for aromatic opening.
