Tasting Notes
Pale golden in the glass, this Chardonnay opens with inviting aromas of peach, citrus, pear, and mango, layered with notes of brioche and crème brûlée from oak aging. On the palate, it is round and supple, with peach and pear at the core, followed by hints of apricot, clove, and lemongrass that keep the wine lively and balanced. The French oak maturation adds creamy texture and subtle spice without overwhelming the fruit, giving the wine a smooth, approachable finish. Production
The 2022 vintage is built from Chardonnay grown in some of Napa Valley’s coolest terroirs, with more than half of the fruit coming from Los Carneros and the rest sourced from four additional carefully selected areas. These cooler sites help preserve freshness and aromatic lift while contributing depth and structure to the final blend. Winemaker Renée Ary used classic French barrel fermentation with regular stirring of the lees, then aged the wine in French oak barrels, 40% of them new. This approach brings a rich, layered texture while allowing the fruit to remain bright and expressive.

Food & Serving
This Chardonnay is a natural match for roast chicken, grilled salmon, lobster, creamy pasta, and dishes with butter or subtle spice. Serve it slightly chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, and there is no need to decant unless you want to let the wine open up a little in the glass.
