Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a refined vermilion-gold hue with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is fresh and expressive, opening with pear, lemon, green apple, and a subtle hint of brioche. On the palate, it is taut, dry, and highly focused, with bright acidity, a distinctly mineral edge, and a clean, linear finish. Flavours of white peach, citrus, and gentle spice carry through beautifully, and while it can be enjoyed now for its energy and clarity, it has the structure to develop further complexity over the near term.
