Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright straw-yellow colour with lively reflections. The nose is fresh and expressive, with citrus peel, white flowers, Mediterranean herbs, and hints of stone fruit or green apple. On the palate it is crisp, juicy, and well-balanced, with a clean mineral edge and a refreshing finish that keeps it very moreish. This is a wine meant to be enjoyed for its youthful energy, so it is best tasted while its aromatic brightness is at its peak. It can be enjoyed young, but will generally deliver the most pleasure in its first few years after release.

SurSur is made from Grillo grown in Sicily, where warm days, cooling influences, and varied soils help the variety retain freshness while developing ripe fruit character.
