Description

Dominus Estate 2023 is a richly textured Napa Valley red blend, distinguished by its expressive fruit, polished tannins and a measured influence of French oak. Made at an estate with roots in the historic Napanook vineyard, it brings together Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot in a poised, complex style.

Tasting Notes
Dark-fruited in character, the wine opens with aromas of black cherry, complemented by cedar and a hint of caramel from oak ageing. On the palate, it is full-bodied and almost creamy, with ripe fruit and earthy notes of loam held in balance by velvety tannins.

Production
The 2023 blend comprises 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot, and was aged in 40% new French oak barrels. The available information does not specify vineyard conditions, harvesting methods or the details of fermentation.
