Tasting Notes
The 2022 Vaillons is described as medium- to full-bodied, with a rounded, fleshy palate and refreshing acidity. White flowers, orange peel, nutmeg and a distinctly iodine-like note lead into a long, unfolding, perfumed finish. Its freshness and structure suggest potential to develop further in bottle, though the exact drinking window will depend on storage conditions.
