Tasting Notes
Pale in the glass, it opens with aromas of crisp orchard fruit, citrus oil, beeswax, gingerbread and oyster shell. The palate is medium- to full-bodied, layered and richly textured, with a rounded, enveloping feel balanced by lively acidity and a long, saline finish. Expressive even in its youth, this 2018 can be enjoyed now for its fruit and texture. Its acidity and concentration also suggest capacity to develop further with careful cellaring.

Food & Serving
